Sprout Child and Family Psychology does not offer a bulk-billed service, therefore there is an out-of-pocket cost for appointments.
Please note that we do not offer services for families whom are involved with active Family Court matters.
Payments are expected on the day of service. Delays in payment will result in delays to the release of reports.
Appointments within the clinic MAY attract a Medicare rebate, provided there has been an appropriate referral received from your General Practitioner
50 minute clinic appointments (priced per session).
Under a mental health care plan from your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist clinic appointments may attract a Medicare rebate of up to $92.90.
Under updates to Medicare (2023), we are also able to offer separate parent appointments to discuss strategies and parenting skills under the same Mental Health Care Plan referral.
50 minute appointments delivered via telehealth (priced per session),
These sessions are delivered either via a video platform or via telephone call. Similar parent sessions as above are also available.
Telehealth appointments may attract a Medicare rebate of up to $92.90.
Assessments may require a number of appointments.

Autism assessment involves the use of standardised tools to investigate behavioural markers for the presence of Autism Spectrum Conditions. Components of the assessment may attract a Medicare rebate of up to $92.90.

Due to the administrative requirements of the National Disability Insurance Service (NDIS), and the costs and time associated with documentation, auditing and maintaining service provider status under the NDIS, these fees are set at a higher rate. These fees will be always discussed with you as a part of your service agreements.
